This may sound abit of a noobie question but is there any chance of connecting a 16x2 LCD Display to a Raspberry Pi whilst the LedBorg is also connected?
As long as you do not need GPIO 17, 21 or 22 specifically there will not be any problem, you will either need to solder connections to the top of the LedBorg, or have to have some kind of connector / board which will allow more then one connector to be attached to the Raspberry Pi. see here for more details.
For those who wish to use the Ledborg & still have full access to all the GPIO pins, I can totally recommend the AlienSpec ProtoLab - Raspberry Pi GPIO Breakout Proto Board.

P.S. I have nothing to do with Alienspec, just a happy customer.
