Just wanted to ask: is the Diddyborg compatible with the Raspberry Pi 3?

Yes, the DiddyBorg and DiddyBorg Red Edition works with the Raspberry Pi 3.

Also our PS3 controller setup guide works with the lastest Raspbian and the bulit-in Bluetooth controller on the Raspberry Pi 3.
