I am wanting to buy one of the PiBorg Diddyborg kits but was wondering if i would be able to use a 10,000mA battery pack instead of the 10 AAs the battery pack has 2 usb ports on it i could use one for the Pi and one for the controler board for the motors.
Is this possible?

Probably not
If the only power outputs from the pack are for USB then it probably will not work.
This is because the PicoBorg Reverse needs a bare minimum of 6V to operate correctly.
The USB ports only provide 5V power, which is not enough.
